What happens after I book a call?
Once you’ve booked a call, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details, including the time and date. This will be a quick 15 minute phone chat so you can speak with us from wherever you’re comfortable without the need to join a video meeting.
During the call, we’ll have a relaxed conversation to understand where you’re at, what you’re looking to achieve, and whether we might be able to help. If it seems like a good fit, we’ll schedule a more in-depth video chat to dive deeper into your goals and walk you through our process. No pressure, just a friendly conversation to see if we can help you move forward with your property goals!
Who will I be speaking with?
You’ll speak directly with the team leading your purchase — not a salesperson, not someone reading notes for the first time. We keep it personal and consistent, so the people you meet are the same people guiding you through strategy, inspections, negotiations and settlement.
Do I need pre-approval to get started?
Not always, but it helps. If you’re early in the journey, we can still do a discovery call and map out a plan. If you’re ready to buy soon, pre-approval (or at least a clear borrowing capacity) makes the search faster and stronger when it’s time to negotiate.
Where do you buy properties?
We buy where the numbers and the fundamentals make sense — and where your goals are best served. That might be Sydney, or it might be another strong market if you’re investing. We stay flexible and research-led, rather than “one suburb, one strategy,” so you’re not boxed into a single postcode.
Why don’t you typically recommend brand-new builds?
In many cases, brand-new builds can come with higher supply risk, pricing that’s harder to validate, and more of the value tied up in the build rather than the land. We generally prefer homes with proven demand, clearer comparable sales, and fewer surprises — especially if your priority is long-term performance and confidence in the purchase.
How do you decide if a property is actually a good buy?
We keep it simple and thorough. First, we make sure it fits you (budget, lifestyle, risk comfort, and goals). Then we assess the market, the street, and the property fundamentals using our database and due diligence checks — including comparable sales, rental demand (where relevant), building considerations, and any red flags. You’ll always understand the “why” before you’re asked to decide.

It depends on your brief and the market, but we move at the pace that’s right for you. Some clients buy quickly once the strategy is clear; others take longer to find the perfect fit. Our job is to keep momentum without rushing decisions — steady, calm progress beats panic-buying every time.
What if I don’t like the properties you present?
That’s completely okay — it’s your purchase. We’d rather refine the brief than push a “maybe.” We’ll unpack what didn’t feel right, adjust the search criteria, and keep going until you feel genuinely confident. No pressure, no guilt, no hard sell.
